The “trough formed” rubber belt conveyor suitable to be integrated under the machines to receiving any type of loosen material that do not have chemical rubber damaging properties. It represents the most convenient and economic way of conveying brick material as clay, rejections or processing scraps. 

The present realization enables to satisfy various kinds of capacity, distance and inclination requests.

The diameter of the supplied headstock depends on the conveyor length that goes from some metres to several kilometres.

 

Rubber coated headstocks are realized for lengths over 15 metres.

All conveyors are equipped with a cleaning system and polyurethan scrapers.

If necessary, we’ll apply the particular spreader in order to get a uniform material distribution on the conveyor.

There are many application possibilities and so they are studied from case to case according to the client’s requirements.
